Developing and carrying out a club house concept, which is distinctive in a competing market. Solving overdue maintenance, a well-organised and client-friendly (lessee-friendly) reception, negotiations which resulted in lease transactions.
Result
The building is leased for 80% in cooperation with the real estate agent because of all adaptations.
